Q. Why shoebox units (1,650 to 2500ft) are not in this project?
As feedback from the industrialist, shoebox size units are too small for their operations. There are many of such products in Jurong.

Q. The quantum price for Ace & Buroh is about $900,000 as compared to shoebox at about $500,000 only per unit unit.
The purpose of your investment is to rent out to potential tenants. We foresee shoebox units are not easy to rent out after T.O.P. There are many such products in Jurong/Tuas as compared to Ace @ Buroh which has limited units and rare in Jurong.
